I'd live in Arkansas for 3 years for that money. Then take it, move where I want and do what I want. I understand these guys love the sport, but man is it a grind. If I'm Napier or Kelly, I'm sitting back and chilling.

Hopefully he didn’t make too many relationships in FL while at UCF and USF. Don’t want to start losing kids from the Sunshine state to Arkansas who may be drawn by appeal to SEC and a competent coach

The area of NW Arkansas/Fayetteville/Bentonville is terrific. Ton's of JB Trucking, Walmart & Tyson Foods money. Really cool area.
They have a great fanbase who knows where they are in the pecking order, so the expectations are not very high.

I peeped USF too. They're really a bad team. Their offense moves at fast tempo to capitalize on the other team's mistakes, but their offensive personnel really isn't that talented & their defense sucks. Golesh's formula worked on AAC competition and a trash UF team
