Golden we will forgive you if you beat FSU

Beating FSU covers losing to Cincinnati and that's all. It doesn't excuse him for the first four years, and it certainly wont excuse him for the 5 or 6 remaining losses on the schedule this year. Essentially all it gets him is another week of slurpers having excuses for him. No forgiveness!

Al could realize the err of his ways, become depressed, attempt an overdose, be put on my psychiatric unit, be welcomed back with arms wide open by Blake and the board and become an NBC "The More you Know" spokesman on suicide prevention, challenge all his preconceived notions about coaching & actually become competent, and I'd still want him fired tomorrow.

Not happening. in his 9th year he's never beaten a team that finished in the top 25. After nine seasons, there's a reason for it.
 
Part of proper development is recognizing when the page has been turned, a relationship is over, and it's time to move on. Unfortunately for us, our board of distrustees are all "intellectual idiots" as someone astutely put it earlier and didn't see the patently obvious signs of that being the case a while ago. Ergo this wasted year.
 
Wake Forest almost gave FSU a really bad nightmare.

If he beats FSU 60-3, fine. He's still not the guy, and he won't be. But the least you can do is beat FSU ONCE.
 
OP is a ******. He can win out and I want his phony *** gone. He's a detriment to the players and program.

He got a pass for the first 2 maybe 3 only because of the NCAA bull.... we have to give him that, cause the last time we went through ncaa mess, we sucked for a good 4-5 years before Butch had a good year in year 5 before he left for Cleveland....

This is the only thing I fear. I've said it when the season began, we can beat FSU even with Golden & Company. BUT the administration will look at it as a sign of improvement and he stays :(
 
First off, I'm not even worried about if we can beat FSU...not happening...simply b/c of history and Golden's record against teams with a pulse...especially top 25 teams.

But, for argument sake, let's say Golden catches lightening in a bottle and win; will I forgive him....NOPE. Want that f'er to be as far away from my program as possible. I don't even want that ninja to call or color analyze any of our games if he lands a gig w ESPN or something.
