Golden would be perfect for OSU. in four years, he will have them barely losing to their arch rivals, Oregon. Problem is that Corvallis has mild, wet winters with persistent overcast skies and you know ******* clouds are Golden's kryptonite.
 
There is this shred of hope I have that UM is not firing him b/c they want to wait for someone to pick him up and spare them the buyout.

UNLV is going to hire Bishop Gorman's coach as HC. Imagine that, UNLV taking a HS coach over someone with Golden's credentials.

Lol for real, a few months ago people were saying he couldn't get a job at a FCS school now it's "FOLDEN TO MICHIGAN!!! IT'S GUNNA HAPPEN"

Him going to CSU is even a pipe dream, WHY WOULD HE WALK AWAY FROM THE BUYOUT? the man isn't leaving til UM fires him.

That's sortve the thing- he's not walking away from a buyout. He's not getting bought out.

I've moved from a great job to a good job for similar money to keep my family happy and lower the stress levels.

That's exactly what CSU and Tulsa would be. His wife's miserable and he has to be a complete wreck, everyone in a 6 million person municipality hates him, even his employer. He'll dart first chance he gets. And those schools would love to have him.
