"Won at THE U" gets you NFL HC job, but losing at the college in the middle of the best recruiting turf in the world is not a career booster. Losing here ends HC careers. This is not FSU were "played Miami" was good enough to keep a chronic choker employed for like a 100 years. You come to Miami to win or die, it is simple. Al found that out last year at some fleabag motel in PA.

Canes fans should remember a certain HS coach who got hired be no other than friggin ND to save their program. As high school coached dude was Ice on HGH. Like ten undefeated seasons in a row at best HS in the nation at the time. JJ put him out of his misery on a glorious night in the OB. Let Ice coach RBs for a couple years before we anoint him OC/HC in waiting.

He has succeeded at UM while having The Cloud hanging over his head. If he wins out and wins a bowl game. he goes 9-4 with one of the most difficult schedules in the country with a team he recruited while he had one hand tied behind his back. Every school in the country should want him. I am not selfish, so I want him to follow his heart and go to Runtgers, UVA or Illinois or any other school he wants to which he wants to bring his considerable talents.
