Unless USC won the acc prior to leaving in 1972, USC has never won a conference championship in football.
But spurrier won the east and they just lost to auburn and cam newton in sec championship that year

We couldn't sell our allotment for the Gator Bowl vs Georgia Tech. That was in Jacksonville.

At Duke, Spurrier went 5-6, 7-3-1, and 8-4.

At UF, Spurrier went 9-2, 10-2, 9-4, 11-2, and 10-2-1 his first five years.

At USC, Spurrier went 7-5, 8-5, 6-6, 7-6, 7-6 his first five years. But Spurrier had done been won five conference titles and one national championship.

Golden is amazing at every stat he pulls out. Have you noticed?

This ***** knows about spurriers first 4 years as. A coach and can quote numerous misc. stats off the top of his head but he wasn't aware of the comments butch davis made the other day. Smh
