Golden Is Lucky We Have Kaaya...

He's very good. Too bad he doesn't have the coaching to get to elite. Great performance last night. He got his *** kicked and kept firing. He has some things he needs to work on, but he kept us in there.

Up until last night< Brad reminded me a little of Kosar. Last night he looked a little like Vinny. Kid took a beating and kept on ticking. He has things to get better at, but considering the staff deficiencies he is working under, the kid is doing great. Two games against noles and he had the lead late into the game both times. Defense needs to make those late stops. That is on Al. Kaaya should be 2 - 0 against our biggest rival. You better believe NFL is watching this kid. We is pure pocket passer. A lot of teams really what that type of QB.

Unfortunately, Kaaya's going to be ruined by this epically bad coaching staff. He looks like he could develop into a NFL caliber QB, but these turds we have coaching at this effing school will either break his spirit or get him seriously injured.

I hope Kaaya gets a year or two under a better staff.

What a ******* waste of a QB.

Kaaya did lots of good but also failed to deliver when it mattered most. Plus, he missed open receivers throughout the game. Don't know what's worse, him locking on to primary or his happy feet which leads to his impatience in the pocket. He needs to correct these things for him to become elite...

Seriously dude? If any Qb was getting killed by being hit every time they dropped back to pass they would miss a couple of throw and get happy feet as well. He needs to correct some things but he wasn't the issue last night.

Kaaya will be the first Miami QB drafted in an early round since.....? I don't know....maybe Walsh in the supplemental draft back in the 90s...

It's been quite a dry spell for "QB U"....

I dont know what u guys expect from that young *** OL. The bigger problem is why cant we run the ball.

Played a great game, but he had two possesions to win the game and he did not. Ken Dorsey at the same age, with same team, drives and wins.

Dorsey was the man, but he hit three separate Pro Bowlers on that FSU drive and had an all-time offensive line in front of him.

This. Although I would love to see where guys like RScott and SColey are in about 3-4 years. May not be Pro Bowlers but they will be in the league. No one on this Oline (from what ive seen thus far) will be playing on Sundays. That says alot.

Did I say he was the issue? No. I stated that he needs to work on a couple of things to become elite. And with deficiencies in some other areas, we will need Kaaya to take the next step in order for Canes to become good again.

Now, perhaps you will understand this.

Might be one of the best performances by a UM qb at Doak. He'll easily save golden in a couple games

I don't see how you came up with that opinion. Kaaya would have had to win the game to get in that conversation. And i don't think Miami will be able to get enough wins to save Golden.

Kaaya had decent protection and open recievers on the last two possessions. I don't want to be unfair, but the fact is we had chances and we failed. He is limited because he's a horrible athlete at this level. Dorsey was a better athlete, with better feet.
