Golden has to make changes

As I read more and more about the coaching situation, it seems to me that Golden will be coaching at Miami next year. But in my opinion if Golden wants to have any success next year, he must make changes among the staff.

1. Jethro Franklin HAS to go. For the past for years, the DL unit has been among the weakest on the entire team. Consistently cannot get pressure on the QB and consistently cannot stuff the run. If Miami wants to win but football games, a good DL is imperative. Franklin isn't cutting it.

2. Paul Williams needs to go. DB's have been so inconsistent this year. The secondary never seems to have any ball skills and consistently they miss open field tackles. Have not been impressed with the develop in this group despite pretty decent recruitiing.

3. Your best friend D'Onofrio needs to go. Don't think I need to explain this one.

Golden was asked to make staff changes and he refused. He plans to bring back his staff. He is trying to get that buyout in hopes we fire him! Pay the man! Get his *** out!

All are safe. BOT wants changes but Blake James will leave it to Al and we all know he won't do anything

After psu told him they didn't want anything to do with the shower times, so he and Mark could not come back, Al has been trying to get fired. Clearly he isn't any good at that either. He is doing too good a job at making everyone forget the decade of dominance that seem to pain our stupid administration just as bad.
 
According to his *** clow friend Blake James all staff decissions are his to make AKA he doesn't have to change a ******* thing and he wont

Hey, BOT can fire Donna to placate us, then mandate open practice mandate for all fans and issue rotten tomatoes, nice liberal subsidy to illegals who pick them, to every one who comes to practices. Offer few tickets to any one who hits Al or Mark. See how long smuck can take that attendance drive!
 
I want changes too but the question is what kind of quality are you going to expect when the incoming coaches know that Golden is a lame duck?
