Golden coaching at Miami on tape

Nice footwork!

In 7 on 7, is there more room for these athletes to shine since there is more space? Watching 11 on 11, it's a different beast.

Bulk him up to about 295, and he could really plug up some holes for us...once his ankle heals of course.

this is exactly the kind of defender that is on Al's radar - 6-4, 230 pound lumbering LB from the NE. Horrible in space.

The kid that made the move obviously went to the "Graig Cooper School of Too Many Moves". The defender screws himself into the ground from a move that many can make. Then the ball carrier cuts across the defender the other way. Question: Why? The fake did what it was supposed to do. Why complicate things by staying in the area for even half a second? You fake and keep moving down field.

I'm not being picky here. That second move is a time waster that will nullify your first move. Cooper was a master at wasting good moves.

BTW, watch Devin Hester to see how you use moves. He's one of the very best at it.

The defender looked foolish and has bad footwork and fundamentals.

The ball carrier made 12 too many moves and would have gotten flattened on his @ss by a trailing LB or S in a game.
