our best hope: Mario lands lots of talent over the next few seasons then he steps down giving the next coach a head start on winning big. That or Mario changes his stripes and let’s the OC make the offensive decisions including when to kneel, what QB to play, game plan…
 
State handed out shirts that said “bowl bound” on them in the locker room. Paying $8 million a year for a guy who loses to teams that get excited when they win 6 games. And some of you are defending that. Incredible.

The only thing I can complain about Mario is not pulling TVD. But that’s not coaching Malpractice. That’s a coach trying to give a Player every opportunity to succeed. We are bowl eligible which is not a complete failure. If anyone is not mature enough to understand that it takes time to turn around a program that has been in the gutter and is not a blue blood program ( The U is a private institution hello!!!) with all the resources and media Dik sucking like a Colorado with the big mouth parrot 🦜 Dieon getting all the attention, then maybe some on here need to just support another GOTTDAMM team. So many things Mario has done to bring this program from the abyss and it’s only year 2 which is not finished yet. Unbelievable how some here think but it says a lot about them. Ok that’s all for now.

Y’all gotta wake up. Mario and his staff are paid like a top 10 staff. If they can’t provide results similar to their pay, cut their pay or fire them. As bad as this team has been, they are one knee away from 7-2. That’s how bad the schedule is.

I agree... the weak schedule is a big consideration. Barring some unexpected outcomes with games we played in or games our opponents have played in... we have been an overall embarrassment on the field. I mean we have to take care of our own business and forget the outcomes of other games when we evaluate our performances.
The TAMU win was a fluke. Our Clemson win can be called a fluke too. But our loses have been very easy to assess, they're because the offense performed extremely poor, and we all know why.
As for the firings you mentioned, that will be done if deemed necessary at the end of the season... I don't see any urgency for now.

D amn, you too brother ??? It’s not an easy fix and it’s painful for the Canes faithful but to just say that this year is not an improvement from last year is nuts. Only thing holding this team down is that somamambich at QB. I wanna see in the upcoming years of many will change their tune. It’s the reason that to keep a sound mind as a fan listening to some on here is not very helpful. Cause some act like the improvements made on the O-line and defense are not visible. This team and the freshmen that started this year and will be upperclassmen will set the tone for every other recruit that comes here. Take Nick Saban’s career and see his struggles at Michigan St. At LSU and Bama his first year. But he has benefited from getting all the backing of the Brass and all the money they need. It’s not rocket science. He does nothing special! But Bama usually gets who Bama wants. By 3- 4 if the team isn’t making noise and competing for Conference and a threat to make playoffs then yeah Mario needs to start packing it up. But let him atleast have a grace period for the kids he brought in that studded 2023 class develop.

Mario the Terrible lost us 2 of the 3 games.

That’s not acceptable. That’s not improving his coaching. His coaching is not getting better.

Ivan the Terrible please send me the stuff you are smoking. i think you are quite high with a tremendous buzz. LOL Coaches win and lose games IVAN and we have the worst coach known to mankind. Soon he will not be able to recruit because NO ONE wants to play for an dumb coach who plays to lose every game. The opposing coaches have so much ammunition to torch Mario and if You haven't noticed we can't recruit QB's or wide receivers. WAKE UP IVAN!

Mario is teaching/giving free lessons on hard knocks💪🏾. That if your life is rough then you better bring lotion and hold on tight!!! 🤣😂🤣😂Oregon ducks were trash and Mario built them and set it up. That would be Mario’s team right focking now! He made going to Oregon something to celebrate. And he came back home to bring The U back! It’s going to be rough sailings because every blue blood piece of schit school wants the U to fail. We all know this but we forget and need to be reminded sometimes. Refs and every thing the U does is under microscope by The Blue Biches. One of our Canes player is our Coach and yes there’s been a many lapses in judgement The mighty honey bees 🐝 comes to mind, 😖 Fooooock!. But give him time we’ve been waiting for two decades what’s another few more🤣😂. He is following the Saban system just that the blue bloods have many years on The U which are still playing catch up.
