Eric Hickson -
Pros - He is the Chaminade and Deerfield recruit getter. Has gotten us top RB recruits each year under his time here. One of the better units of this team.
Con - Pass blocking has been an issue for our RB aside from Harris. RB production...

I know a player that played for him years ago and he couldn’t speak any higher of the guy. Called him brilliant.

You’re better than me because I think DeBoer is hot garbage. He ain’t did much to me in power football without Michael Penix at Indiana when he was OC or at Washington.

Fisch is not going to Michigan (that ship has passed already) and they are not hiring a coordinator either- if they had to they will go with Biff and wait. There is some support for him within the michigan brass/boosters.

If Brohm goes to Michigan it will be for reasons similar to Kiffin going to LSU. Both could be head coach for life at either Louisville or Ole Miss but those jobs have monetary and recruiting limitations that LSU and Michigan simply don’t have. At LSU or Michigan you really have an unlimited player budget, facilities budget, and staff budget.

I’d imagine he’d only leave for a job like Michigan or the pros. But if I were him I’d maybe wait and see what happens with ND. I don’t think he’s a great fit at either school, but I’d rather go to ND right now than the disaster that is Michigan.
 
I still think it’s DeBoer…they’ve waited this long so what’s one more week? If Bama loses on New Years Day I think he Bolts to UM to get away from the Bama rednecks that think he’s Saban and should have the same success….
