Giving up over 30pts

Correction with 30 points or more being scored against UM.

Golden - 24 times with a record of 8-16.
Shannon - 16 times with a record of 2-14.
Coker - 11 times with a record of 5-6.
Butch - 15 times with a record of 5-10.

You may want to redo your math.

I count 24 times opponents have scored 30 points against Golden.

And the one year Golden had to deal with distraction of all the NCAA suspensions in 2011 (Golden's first year), had the fewest games of giving up 30 points (only 2).

Those numbers are just epic fail for Golden. Just proves he was the wrong guy for the Canes. The Cincy game more than any game this year is the watermark for why Golden and his staff need to exit Miami and convene in the MAC!!
 
Let's please understand that Golden played TE (an offensive guy) at PSU and was taught defense by Al Groh.

He should've never been a defensive coach in the first place. It's offensive to every defensive coach to list Golden as defensive minded. The only thing he's good at defending is his porous scheme.

Lol to this day I have no idea how Kirby Hocutt Thought this was "the guy". His stats were misleading and horrible at temple as well. Sucks that we have to deal with him a few more years.

Just can't get over the utter STUPIDITY of this defensive scheme and WHY they keep it when it so OBVIOUSLY does NOT work AT ALL. Why would anyone continue running something that will eventually get this GENIUS and his sidekick CANNED?

You CANNOT make this stuff up....along with the cluelessness of this administration and BOT. It is just ridiculous.

It should have been another 30+ points scored this past weekend.

FSU left about 13 gimme points off the board.

There is not one stat that this admin could come up with that is positive about Golden
