When you look back how is Golden a Defensive guy. Take a look at how many times each coach has given up 30 or more points while coaching at the U.

Golden (11-15) - 4 1/2 years 29 times his defense has given up over 30 points
Shannon (07-10) - 4 years 12 times
Coker( 01-06) 6 year 9 times
Butch (95-00) 6 years 12

How many more games will Golden and Doritos rack up more than 30 points that the defense gives up.

It's the cloud. It has been scientifically proven that teams give up more points in cloudy weather.

It depends on how many more games they coach. Looks like they give over 30 about 55% so: (#of games remaining) X .55 = # of embarrassments.

more telling stat, Golden and Doritos have given up 30 points or more 4 less times than the three previous coaching regimes (16 years versus 4.5).

Four more times and Al would have done it as many times as the last three coaches COMBINED.

Worst coach we have ever had. And considering Randy Shannon was HC here, that's simply astounding.

13 out 14 in total defense in ACC and if you remove the BCU game we are dead last. In year 5.

Against Fsu we started a 5 star and two 4 stars on the DL. Three 4 stars at LB. 5 star and two 4 stars At DB. Gave up 538 yards.
 
Defensive geniuses Fraulden and Dorito came in and "fixed" a defense that was working far better than theirs.

It's all part of the BOT process to destroy Miami football. It's working well.

You have to have an on campus stadium, indoor practice facility and supportive fans to hold teams under 30. Al is maxed out here and unless we have these things. Al and the 2nd best recruiting classes in the ACC can't overcome these obstacles

the "defensive" philosophy is offensive. it is pure unadulterated garbage. its embarrassing that we are still trotting that **** out every week. makes me wanna puke.

The 29 games could have been higher as well.

In the past 1.5 seasons, Golden has slowed the offense to a snails pace (which in turn has hurt tempo & offensive production) in order to shorten the game & reduce the amount of points scored against the D.
