I firmly believe every coach deserves two years. Manny gets next season to prove his worth. If he fails, I want Bronco from UVA. Dude is hard nosed no nonsense. Hangs his hat on fundamentals and work ethic. He has over preformed every year there. He would instill the discipline we so disparately need. A team with Miami's talent playing hard nosed disciplined football and focusing on the fundamentals wins the coastal every year. Hes exactly what we need.

I don’t know about Bronco as the right guy but he does have Polynesian connections.

So now he's the Coach Du'Jour?
He's definitely a good coach but dunno about the claim about "over performing" when he has had some bad losses before this seaaon.
He is a solid coach though.

One thing we too often forget. Ask yourself, are we even a better destination than some of these schools we supposedly can get a coach from? At one point we were. Now? Do you really want to have Blake as your boss? Until we get some folks with balls and brains that care about us having a sustainable winning program, coaches are not necessarily going to look at us as a promotion.

Looks good, but I'm afraid it won't be the same as old with all the interconnected electronics. They've made for a better, more reliable vehicle, but difficult to tinker with.

Bronco, while a great coach, is a HORRIBLE culture fit for SoFL (or SEC). As a Mormon, there is just a certain way with them. This is in no way an attack on Mormon faith, wonderful people, but there are factually certain mores that come with/from Church of Latter Day Saints.

Tbh, I'm surprised he has fit in at UVAs culture (my guess he grins and bears Southern Baptist flavors) as good as he has.

My guess: .000000000001% Bronco would even consider Miami no matter what was offered.

His destiny probably resides in either staying at UVA to become their Cutliffe or out West and resurrecting a "bigger" program back to life (think Arizono or Arizona St).

Yeah my concern as well. The days of the backyard mechanic are ending my friend.

Bronco is far too masculine; wouldn't fit with Hecht's cuck culture. He'd never be hired by the present set of fembots (Flake included) there.

Sanitize the Hecht.
 
If we raid the ACC, I’d rather it be for Clawson.

But Fleck is the perfect guy for this job. He would absolutely MURDER it here.
