After comparing the two, feel free to pick your favorite coach .....

Fraser: Have the 9 fastest guys in the ballpark in your lineup. Be built for speed
Gino: The Big Cheese makes for a good training table

Fraser: Get pitchers who can throw breaking balls for strikes
Gino: Get pitchers who can throw 95, even if they can't find home plate with google maps

Fraser: Defense, Defense, Defense
Gino: Just score more runs

Fraser: Every batter should be a tough out: draw walks, hit oppo, put the ball in play every AB
Gino: Swing for the fences every pitch

Fraser: Pressure the other team's pitcher and defense: steal, hit and run, bunt
Gino: Is that in the rules?

Fraser: preach the fundamentals
Gino: tell good stories from the old days

Fraser: recruit athletes that are versatile, and can play multiple spots
Gino: recruit guys that look good in showcase batting practice
