We can get in in two ways

#1 ACC champs - we have to play one extra game

#2 Committee - a lot needs to happen but it is possible we can get in with multiple teams ahead of us taking an L in the next 2 weeks. We dont have to play the conference championship and can get healthy with time off.

First and most we beat Pitt.

Which road would you take?

#2 would be ideal but #1 get us authomatic. For me #2 all the way and **** the ACC title

Keep the ACC Championship game
Bama losing to Auburn would help tremendously.

Oregon losing to Washington won't help.

Ole Miss losing to Miss State might push them out, especially with the clown show revolving around Lane right now. I don't know how much that will play into the committee's decision if Ole Miss were to lose.

BYU losing in championship game might not help. I don't know. The committee has said they wont punish the losing teams in the conference championship games, but that might only apply to SEC and BIG. Surely it would drop them a couple spots I would think. They didn't punish SMU much last year, so that has me worried a bit.

Utah losing to Kansas would help, but I don't think it's necessary. We will pass them if we beat Pitt. Might be above them tonight when the new rankings come out.

Also need Vandy to lose to TN and Mich to lose to OSU. If Mich somehow beats OSU, that would be disastrous for us.

I was just stating an exaggerated example that may have us climb up to a point to say F the ACC

I mean if the question is which do we prefer

it's acc title game rematch against SMU, winning convincingly

then getting in as the #8 seed and hosting #9 ND and beating them again

I mean, that actually isn't TOO unreasonable at this point

I think It’s starting to look like we have more of a chance at making the acc championship game than the playoffs as an at large the way they trying to do us
