4-3 1 gap cover 1 man to man aggressive defense is the one adjustment that could bring this program back we need golden to understand this and get this message to him in love for gods sake

this should be our main mission and focus as fans to get this message accross to the coaches players everyone this will change the program around
 
send the message in a positive way out of constructive criticism use the negative energy turn it into positive to make a change with this message
 
Good Luck man, stubborn Al Golden isn't going to listen to anyone, he would most likely respond with "Our defense was ranked 15th nationally, why do we need to change it."
 
This idiot coach's goal is to prove everybody wrong about his defense scheme and coaching! He'll never understand the fundamentals of success. You can't keep doing the same things and expect different results! That's why he should be fired! Fire Alice Grolden!

It's not the scheme, its the fans fault along with the wind and nighttime cloudy skies. Trust the process, stay bunkered down and ignore the noise.

If Al wanted this program to win, he would have changed his approach a long time ago. Nothing will change as long as he's here.

Holy ****...I think you may be on to something here!!!! Why hasn't anybody else thought of this...why hasn't anybody told the dynamic duo of Golden and D'onofrio this yet? I am quite certain that once they here this suggestion that all of our problems will be solved!!!! Those two will unquestionably make this change immediately upon hearing about this. Why would you wait until now to make this suggestion? You could have saved us all four years of anger and frustration!!!!!

Yup, his sorry *** is just waiting for your miracle "aggressive" fix. Maybe you should be drawing his salary?

Amusing how all the SLURPERS look for the "miracle cure" to fix this team. Trouble is that it's rotten from the Board Of Incompetence all the way to Jethro, including everyone inbetween.
 
Al isn't changing anything. That would mean he has to admit that he is wrong on something.

That will never happen.
 
Why bother? He'd ***** up 4-3. I wouldn't trust this guy to tell me how to tie my shoes, much less entrust him with a football team.

This is the difference between Golden and Butch. Butch was on the hot seat and new changes were needed. He canned his buddy Bill Miller, and brought in Chimpano, and a more aggressive man under scheme. It worked.

Golden is obsessed with consistency for consistency's sake. I understood the idea at first, and it had some merit. But at this point, its painfully obvious that its not working. Consistency, when its BAD consistency, is not any sort of positive to a team or program. He should have scrapped the whole defense and the whole defensive staff last year. He blew it. Now he's a dead man walking, and even then, he still wont make changes, when its so painfully obvious its needed, and about the only thing that he could sell ANYONE as a positive going forward.

Makes me think the guy is simply incapable of changing what he's wedded to, or that he just doesn't care anymore.
 
This goes against his nature.

He's deathly afraid of "THE BIG PLAY."

He could go to a 4-3, but he'll STILL have the D playing soft with the wrong coverages.
