Worst ******* podcast I’ve ever heard! Holy **** is kelvin a Hecht shill! Disgusting 🤢🤮 listening to him suck off this dog$hit staff and admin that doesn’t give a **** about the sport he played here.

This dude is talking about attendance and propping up a school "in Gainesvillle" that was just on the cover of an article for why attendance is dropping.

Everybody thinks they belong on the radio and 98% of these dudes prove in the first 30 seconds why they dont.
 
The problem with most Canes fans is that they don’t understand the reality of the situation. KH knows what he’s talking about from his experience and actually knowing the people who really make the decisions and work/play football right now.

If you actively listened you would of heard that Manny already gets council from Highsmith and has no problem with him on staff.
The real problem is that no agent (ie Sexton) or good coach (is Mario) is going to work with a school with an NFL GM type role.

Manny and Blake are not tied at the hip, they are backed by different factions of trustees and influencers and that’s why there has been so much misinformation; the news leaks have basically been an agenda battle from those behind the scenes. Manny has his **** together on D better than most people know, Don’t be surprised if Manny turns this thing around.

He says the spread wont help because richt ran a spread too. He forgot to mention richts version only had 3 pass plays and 1 run play.
 
Kelvin spent a lot of time discussing the culture at UM and the mentality of kids today - it’s soft and based on highlights vs serious preparation and paying attention to details. There is a real dearth of leadership and competitors on this team, mostly on offense, and our staff is really out there beating the pavement to try find some contributors, not just more useless eaters taking up spots.

Everyone is tired of losing but we need more analysis & solutions than a googol of complaints. We gotta turn this around.

He said it or anything else wouldn’t work with our players who don’t study. He was speaking about the intelligence/preparation problem not the scheme itself. Every scheme requires players who know what they’re doing, that was the point.

Exactly. Anyone who think if we just throw a new scheme in then it will automatically lead to 30 plus PPG are fooling themselves. Our players need the light to come on. Our oline has to grow up. We need to identify a QB (hopefully from the portal) and we need to weed out malcontents on the team in supposedly leadership roles..if this offense makes a turn around it won’t be 100% because of a new system..kids have to buy in
