I swear we got the softest fanbase out there. We got people out here defending Perry when the kid was completely lost and throwing picks into double coverage well beyond the receiver. It doesn't matter what the play call is if the players can't perform. Was it a bas loss? yes. It's one game. Anyone with any sense knew from game 1 that our season was 100% dependent on if our OL and QB play got better. It's obvious that neither has and you should have prepared yourself for a season like this. Unless we're getting the next Saban or Urban quality coach, then we aren't getting someone soon better than Richt. Put your big boy pants on and lets hope it just doesn't get worse.

Its year three. THREE! If you still support Richt you aren't a Cane fan.

We deserve better than this. **** mark richt and his horrific staph, and **** you if you want him to remain here destroying our program.
 
Hope it doesn't get worse? ****, I hope it does get worse, if that's what it takes for change. I won't watch another game until changes are made. Either hire an OC, get a QB, fix the line, something. They won't, though, because they think what they are doing is working. How the **** we can roll that O out there and expect anything other than disaster is beyond me.

Yep. These games suck. Your comment may get downvoted by the angry mob but these games happen. I hate it. Bummer.

This the kind of soft sh*t that the administration follows. “We won’t get a coach better than...”...We won’t even know. Saban & Urban didn’t start where there are at. Go find the guy!
 
I agree with almost everything, but Richt should have left Perry in regardless of how bad he was. Punish him by taking him out a series or two, but give him the chance to make up for his mistakes. Gives rosier way too much leeway, and he threw a pick and almost threw two more..

Offensive play calling is weak, Oline is weak, and overall QB is weak..

Wasn't the turnovers that lost the game. It was offensive play calling. I feel bad for the defense. Play their *** off and have an atrocious offense.

You see...that's the thing that kills me. We don't need a better QB. We've had 3. OL looks shotty but 2 out of our 3 picks were in a clean pocket thrown into coverage. Our RBs hit hard when they have room to run so they don't suck. Our WRs are getting coached and we are stacked. We have the best freshman TE in the nation. We have a FB who up until today was seemingly automatic but UVA saw it coming both times.

Our players don't suck. They just aren't executing...which is on the offensive coordinator. Then they get put into ****** positions with terrible play calls, which is also on the offensive coordinator. Our defense looked like a Top 15 Defense with UVA taking what they could get, so it isn't a whole team thing. It's just the offense isn't put into position to succeed enough. Good play calling and play designs will make everything better offensively. Lets see how much points Oklahoma put up against UGA's National Championship SEC defense with OL talent no better than ours individually.
