This kid is really gonna make a leap for us this year.

We are lucky Kul Diaz and Richt parlayed this into his senior season coming up.

For all the debates about bad roster management, can we all agree this was a good move and may save our asses in the trenches in 2018?

He has loads of potential but anytime I see his name in a thread title I worry he is suspended. A little scary we have to count on this guy.
 
I’m just saying that during a time where we can disagree on roster management, we cannot dispute that the reliance on Willis to contribute in 2018 was remarkable. Cannot wait to see how the kid responds.
 
He really hope he understands that for all his mistakes and drama that's surrounded this kid for a bit, he can have all that be an afterthought with a good year on and off the field. Hope he keeps his head on straight

Nobody has been able to count on this guy for 4 years now. Don't see why anyone should now.
 
I just hope he is taking the weight room serious this off season. Needs to clean up some baby fat and get stronger. but im excited to watch him this year.

Totally agree with OP! Good move by the staff and this is a mutually beneficial situation. He's being given the spotlight, so he has every opportunity to raise his stock and we need him to be competitive and keep making progress as a team.
