+Travis Homer:
170 yards on 20 carries. He was our offense for pretty much the entire second half. In fact, he should've gotten the ball more.

+Darrell Langham:
Unreal. Was rewarded with more playing time today and led the team in receiving yards. Oh and he made this sick catch to save our asses.

+Defense:
Gave up 3 points in the 2nd half and held GT under 300 total yards of offense.

Minus

-Injuries:
We need Redwine back like yesterday. Same goes for Richards and everyone else. Hopefully Pinckney isn't out to long.

-That ******* Onside Kick:
Why?

-Redzone Offense:

We escaped today, but we need to tighten **** up. Too many points were left on the field today. If Rosier is going to insist on lobbing jumpballs into the endzone, then Harley and Thomas need to come out Langham needs to be a fixture in those situations.

-ACC Refs:

They called one illegal chop block all game and it was to us on our final drive. GTFOH

Thoughts?

We can't do this against Syracuse in terms of sloppy unorganized 1st half offensive play. They're going to be a problem. And yeah, Redwine needs to get back quick and in a hurry. Might want to include Delaney as well so that in no way does Knowels ever see the field again.

As long as they keep picking against us we're good.

Glad to have you back Dan. I agree with all of your points. Surprised that we have no one better than Knowles.

The injuries are crazy. I don't remember ever seeing a year like it...

And Homer is a stud. Love what he brings to the offense.

Tech cam in at number #2 in the country in rush yards per game - we held them 170 yards under that average.

They came in at #6 in yards allowed. We put 480 on them.

they played tough vs Nc State & LSU. They beat Clemson. They aren't going to wow'd by us. We better have our **** together. Luckily it's at our house & THEY are in a major letdown spot.

I agree. There's no way that we can overlook Syracuse like we potentially could've done with GT.

Another minus in my mind would have to be the field condition. That field looked like absolute garbage. I don’t understand why they just don’t put field turf in. With the amount of rain they get down there and having both the Canes and Phins playing on that surface it is always going to be beat up.

Oh come on man. Nobody overlooked GT, most of espn picked them to win and all the articles this week were about a Miami letdown. Add to that the fact that while undefeated, this team has looked anything but dominant. We may lose (not fckin really) but it won't be because we didn't see syracuse coming or thought we were too good to have to worry.
