Gattis as a head coach candidate

I know, I know.. he sucks.. but best case scenario for us is for him to make adjustments and get the head coaching job that most assumed he'd be ready for after a year or 2 here..

that said, I figured I'd start a thread tracking interested jobs/openings for him..

i saw this article mentioning him as a HC candidate for Charlotte (by Bruce Feldman).. a little underwhelming of an opportunity but, does he take something like this you think? he was rumored as a UVA head coach candidate last year right? this seems like (justifiably) a big step down from that..

yes i think that was the known plan when Ponce was hired as QB coach.. but maybe things have changed? he definitely has underwhelmed so far...

not sure how mario could promote him when the one guy he's in charge of went from a potential top 10 draft pick to where he is now...

I do not know if you have been watching the last several games or not but we are running a spread offense, as of late. We are also throwing more. Give Mario some credit to be open to it. Hopefully, a sign of things to come.
