Please start paying attention. Bama has been built by having tremendous recruiters at the coord positions, and then having ridiculous talent from a developmental standpoint on the position coach roles

Almost all of the best do the same thing... While we sit here and scream about having a top OC or DC, our definition is off.

The HC, OC, and DC should have a great focus on recruiting the talent that they want to fit their scheme. The position coaches should be hand pi ked by the coordinators to be able to develop the talent that comes in.

Do you really think Satan doesn't stick his nose into every hire? That's one of the reasons most think Enos bolted. What Bama does is stack coaches just like players. They are able to do because both 3rd/4th string coaches And players are compensated while they wait their turn. No other answer for why they "wait" there more than any other school I can think of. There may be cracks in strategy based on this year's max exodus, but unlike others, I don't think there is imminent deterioration to the Emperor has no cloth debacle of Richt.

RJ credits him with help making him an NFL prospect, him and Bogle are tight, and he respects RJ's opinion.
