What I wonder is, if you’re Flake Lames why do you even want to keep the job?

I mean even he has to know he’s God awful at it, doesn’t he have enough self awareness to know he’s terrible at his job & instead of always having to face heat & vitriol from fans & media every year that he ought to just step down & let someone else who actually knows what they’re doing get the job?

How the fck does he even sleep at night knowing he literally has hundred of thousands of people across the Nation who are Miami fans that hate his guts? And its not like they don’t have a reason to either, like at what point does he just say “I don’t need the stress anymore” & just move the fck on???

It's why I'm convinced that he's an absolute idiot and just a salesman. If he was smart, now that he has multiple years of being an AD under his belt, he'd go find a job with less visibility and impact. Once he's fired, it becomes increasingly difficult to look for a new role.

the line of thinking from any rational person is 'if the fundraising is good with this clown at AD and terrible teams on the field, how good would it be with a competent AD fielding winning teams?' Or, they don’t want the visibility and risk that comes with an elite football program. So what they have now is exactly what they want.

I’m not sure how much @Dr.L.ThugU paid you for that post…probably hooked you up with a black market cable box from 1987.

The reality is that @Dr.L.ThugU used to play a lot of games on that site and cdwright40 was one of his mult accounts. Weird part is that his Cd persona aligned him with some really terrible posters and eventually thuggie became friends with them and would meet up with them at hard rock. I’ve seen pictures of thuggie and flea tailgating. Everyone always wondered why CD never went to games. Well, now you know.
