Garrett Kidd was a walk-on wide receiver who busted his *** and earned a scholarship for the 2014 season. My guess is that he achieved his dream and is now ready to move on and focus on the rest of his life. The kid made the roster!!! Given his natural level of athleticism, that's quite an accomplishment. There's no reason not to have a thread and celebrate the kid for a minute.


****, how many here remember a kid named Phil July (sp?) who was a walk-on wide receiver who had a career day at the Spring game one year?? He was the talk of the town for a day. Ima say that was like 2005, maybe?
