The administration at North Carolina have got to be some dumb mf's.

They have access to really good recruits regionally in the Carolinas, Virginia, Tennessee, Georgia area & have plenty of money to spend, but still can't pick a Head Coach to save their lives.

In Football & Basketball, they operate like they're NC State, instead of UNC.

Their Athletic Director is named Bubba. So, yes
