Well let's make a list...
Roster management the last two years has been a failure. We have maybe 3-4 ACC level players in the lineup.
In game decision making. JD is not out coaching anyone. Pitching changes are usually after the barn has burnt down.
Coaching staff, both on and off field have a lot to be desired. Not one of these guys will get a job if they are fired next week.
Player development. Non existent when JD was the pitching coach and even worse with the position players.
After the last two weekend series, how does Rad not make a move? At least get rid of some assistants? What will change next year?
This is an embarrassment to everyone associated with the program.

Here's what I said after the blowout loss to FIU on April 2nd: "Crucify me if you must, but we need this to keep happening. It needs to be as embarrassing as possible. A few token wins will give the admin some false hope."

And that's exactly what happened.
 
Teams resurgence late in season showed us the team is capable of more and needs a better coach to maintain consistency.
 
 
To many people getting caught up in the hot streak. Every team has one to varying degrees other than really bad teams. We aren’t a Good team. We have some good players(1 great player) we have some freshman who look like they may be good and an incoming class that has big time potential. I said this back after Duke
