I really disagree with this mostly because I worry he's hitting the wall at the point in the season (Sucks for us but means nothing for his draft). In just this season he has pitched more innings than his last two years which includes his summer ball innings. We saw how electric his stuff was earlier in the year and now he just looks less sharp.
MLB scouts disagree as well, if draft projections are right. I'm more concerned if he has 2 - 3 more quality starts in him.

Really hard team to watch at the plate.
If it wasn’t for Ogden and Cuvet (and Williams for a few weeks while Cuvet was cold) this team would be bottom feeding the conference standings and Arteaga would likely have already been canned.

Yeah, the guy I’m watching is not a top three round pick. I’m sorry I don’t know what they see and I also worked in scouting and I really don’t know what they see.
Upside, I guess. But those projections can be way off.
