Game 47: NCST 5/2/26

This is comical! Seriously the lack of knowledge that some of you have about a college baseball season is hilarious. I’ve been in the program and know what it happens throughout an entire season. Some of you haven’t been to a game all year and you sit here typing and *****ing. Grow up and learn what you are talking about. This is going to be my first post and I’ve been wanting to say this since I found this website. How about support the head coach and the players instead of talking ****. JD lead the team to the first super regional in 9 years at the time. Now he has already won 30+ games this year and RPI sitting at the low to mid 30’s. Be better fans…..
Thank you cousin arteaga. It’s a family affair in this thread. Have any great uncles that want to chime in?

The fact that you typed all this out thinking it proves a point is beyond hilarious. All it does it show how far the program has fallen.

“Low to mid 30’s RPI” 🤣🤣🤣

Are you aware that Jd arteaga is the only man left in the room who was a part of 2 failed regimes? 2 failed regimes that lowered the standard of this program to the point where you thinking having a “low to mid 30’s rpi” in May is an achievement?

He’s been an integral part of both failed regimes with his mediocre ability to identify, recruit, and develop his pitching staff. Now he’s well on his way to achieving the triple whammy that no other program across the country would ever achieve:

Being an integral part of 3 failed regimes.

No one argues he’s a good man. He is. But The vast majority of this dedicated fanbase believes he’s the worst hire in school history by a wide margin. One that I would argue is the worst hire I have ever seen at a “blue blood” program across any sport.

Please list how the reasons why he is a bad hire. Being apart of a coaching staff that wasn’t working does not mean he should be fired as a head coach. He has 30+ wins this season already only losing 1 midweek this year. Let’s say you do hire a new coach if he doesn’t HOST a regional in year 1 are we going to fire him too? Building culture takes time, failure, and hard work. You also have some arms returning that not only did JD believe in but I’m sure you did as well that are not performing as expected…… AGAIN GUESS WHAT THAT IS BASEBALL!! This isn’t football where you play FIU and can out man them in every aspect of the game. Florida lost to Jacksonville should they fire Sully? (He is a piece of ****) but again you wouldn’t do that!! Just think logically before typing is all I’m asking

Bad grammar. Hands up accountability.
