That was fun! Thank God no mid-week this week.

Going forward, JD's got to do something to protect Cuvet better though. Don't see post-season teams letting him beat you.
The roster is the roster. What do you suggest he do?

Lead-off or hit 2nd. I know coaches don't like changes when they're winning, but post-season is typically won w well-pitched, low scoring games.

It has added benefit of more late inning ABs.
Worth a try if they start pitching around, but without Williams our best hope is that Dorian and Galvin get going. Apart from Cuvet and Ogden (what a spark plug he’s been and his all-effort style is refreshing to see👏) EVERYONE needs to step it Up‼

Our pitching has been a revelation, who would of thunk it even a month or so back; so in end got to keep games tight, play some D AND let the Best Hitter I’ve seen here since Pat (yeah I said it) Lead Us back to…

Let’s Go Canes

It’s amazing how the little things win baseball games. Saw them on display today like we have while we’ve been hot. Throw out at the plate on a beautifully executed relay, Dorian with a massive play in the 9th to not allow the lead off man on, running ball out hard, etc

Still have a ton to clean up (baserunning and consistent hitting) but it really is nice to see the team playing good ball at the right time

We have to do the little things well. Let's face it our hitting is not good and even worse against lefties. I doubt that changes
