The way this program treats midweek games needs to be studied. Year in, year out, it’s like they all are being forced to play baseball because their parents already paid the signup fee.

Agree. It's ridiculous how unprepared, un-motivated we seem to be vs inferior mid-week opponents at home. It's baseball, so, I get it. But come on ... it's gone on for too long.

Get the starter out of his rhythm some how, take more batter TO's, lay down a bunt, etc.

Also, after 3 days of BP this weekend, seeing real pitching can be a shock. The pitching is much more concerning than the hitting right now. This is the 4th game where our pitchers have left something to be desired honestly

Unfortunately ucf is on par with Miami baseball now in our current state under jd. They might be better. Besides their magical postseason run, team was mediocre last year. Pitching is worse this year and the line up is tbd. Looks like they can’t hit good pitching.

I want to know who saw Jack Durso pitch all offseason and decided he’s needs to be in the pen. He’s got a really good command and a good pitch mix. This would’ve been my mid week guy.

With 6 games this week and Evans out, I expected some tough matchups this week. The bats are disappointing tonight, but these posts are silly. This team will be fine. Time for some basketball to close the night.
