In fairness, & I’ve been tough on JD all season…

1. The Pitt Series he made some nice at-plate adjustments

2. He made the call to move Walters from starter to closer which has paid mucho dividends

So let’s give credit where credit is due. This is a scrappy team that was gifted a pretty weak regional & we r taking full advantage of it.

If we pull this game out, I’ll call this a successful season & JD earned the benefit of the doubt for a couple of more yrs, imo.
