Not necessarily. The catcher can set up middle in and the pitcher misses his spot still in the strike zone. It was an every day strike. Swing the **** bat!!!When catcher moves off the plate like he did you know it was a ball.
He sure is.again the umpires are awful. inconsistent strike zone.
