Wrist injury or something like that on one of his swings, went to go see a trainer on strike two foul ball, finished at bat by hitting a rope to left and never came back.

Gotta hope DeRias ate his Wheaties this morning.
There is not much in the bullpen after yesterdays game.
If the game is close in the 5-6th inning, put Smith in. Don't wait for a closing situation! Put Lumpkin
in for 1-2 innings.
Dorn or Lofgren might me called on to pitch in relief......JD needs to piece together 27 outs today.

Duke is in a worse spot than us. They had two midweek games, one went into the 13th inning, the other. They were down 7-2 in the 8th inning. We have every advantage today, and it is HOT!
