Overuse injury.
Unfortunately it just depends on how long until the inflammation goes down. If you push it, it could lead to rotator cuff issues.

it SHOULD only be this week, but as @ruggercane22 pointed out it depends on inflammation. If this was a supers game he'd be pitching, but no point in risking a much worse injury in March. Need him to heal and bounce back
