My prediction. We go up early by 2-3 runs . Lumpkin starts walking everyone . Gets pulled at 3 1/3 innings ..tie game half way through ….bats go cold ..still a tie game …JD pulls Rob Evan’s after striking out the first two batters in the 8th goes to righty righty matchup. Brings in Fischer , solo bomb , wheels fall off and we strike out in order in the 9th. Lose by 1 to FAU again . Pain remains numb . JD gets extension upon ducking another post game conference interview after loss.

Cuvet has been sooooooooo much better at 3rd this yr than last yr. He was a walking adventure. Kudos to the staff & off season work this young man put in to hone that craft. Went from a liability to a relative strength in the hot corner

The catharsis experienced from the stands watching Cuvet, Marsh, Dorian drive the ball over the heads of outfielders at that stadium is almost indescribable.

I would have won that bet, told my son, watch we going to pull Williams for defense and bam new center field Fabio to right.

Man the book is so blah wit these guys..

Sure hope we don’t need that bat next inning.
On one hand, I agree it's frustrating to see these mass subs in such a tight game where extra innings is a decent possibility. However, keeping the reserves engaged and playing has its benefits from a clubhouse standpoint. There was some decent energy in our dugout yesterday.

That and ice cream after a win is always nice

It's about time. Let's hope it carries over to the weekend.
