How many times this year are we going to let runners take 2nd and/or 3rd base effortlessly on the steal? Most of the the steals today haven't even warranted a throw.

I've watched most games this year and I've seen at least 4 double steals with no attempt to even think about a throw. You'd think with a pitcher as the HC holding runners and delivery time to the plate would be an obvious focus area.
