Disagree respectfullyNot a fan of letting pitchers go for potentially 130 pitches in any circumstance let alone a blowout
Lou.So if Miami was to finish off this regional and Louisville wins the Vandy regional who would get the Super ?
They're a 2 seed, so, most likely UL.So if Miami was to finish off this regional and Louisville wins the Vandy regional who would get the Super ?
Somebody around here was asking when we were heading to Louisville before the schedules came outLou.
Was it you.Somebody around here was asking when we were heading to Louisville before the schedules came out
First pitch 8:
Let Hugus loose today 100 plus , No Walters needed , Let everyone else use their pitching , 2 more wins and Go Louisville today ( Wright State coach) Why not us

It was not. Can’t say I’ve ever had the desire to go to Louisville. Was it you.
I thought the two teams bid for itThey're a 2 seed, so, most likely UL.
These days it goes to the higher remaining seed unless they can’t host for some reason.I thought the two teams bid for it
I see Torres remaining as a starter with his great defense and improving his bat.Really hope Peralta and Torres take the next step at the plate next year.
His quick and easy 8th made it possible. If he had struggled at all in the 8th, that would have been the end of his night.Disagree respectfully
I think this was a perfect opportunity to allow that. He didnt have an inning that was extremely taxing.
His energy level and the stuff he had in the 9th showed that he wasn't dragging to the finish line. It was a healthy complete game
/completely understand your rationale
Yeah he was throwing a ton of off speed pitches and looked like he was just Cadillacing… as others have said if was a very low stress nightNot saying it should’ve happened but Hugus looked like he could’ve hit 140 last night. He did not look tired at all.
