It's gotta be a pitch design choice, I watched him get up to 95 in the fall in game, sitting 92-93

You would think they develop stronger arms throughout a college career. Seems like our guys just dont improve on velo, **** they might even be going backwards. Why would any pitcher want to come here and play under this staff
