NIL alone has largely eliminated the issue. An NIL package could cover whatever deficit there is in the full cost of attendance plus incentives.

My brother, this isn't football. Even with 22 scholarships we can only give 60-65% scholarships. NIL we would have to give each player between 40-80k just so they don't have debt with school and to cover their rent (remember this is Coral Gables, not Gainesville, or Tallahassee aka dump.

After that, you then need to give them more money on top of that so they can have actual NIL.
