I had a solid Saturday last week. I wish I went with my gut and took BC SU. Would have been a nice payout.

Looking ahead to this week:

Miami -9.5 vs Duke. I’m not going to touch this but if I would I’d take Miami I think. This team is different at home but I don’t expect a big/hostile crowd at all. This team has their backs against the wall which is dangerous for a team with our talent.

Colorado +3.5 @ Arizona. I like Colorado and aren’t the biggest fan of Sumlin.

Syracuse -4.5 @ Wake. I think Cuse will win by a TD.

Ohio State -18.5 vs Nebraska. Nebraska isn’t good and Ohio State will run away with this.

NC State -7 vs FSU. FSU is broken after that *** whooping.

Mich State -2 @ Maryland. I really like this one.

Oklahoma -12 @ TT. TT has done some nice things this year but OK rolls.

I was brutalized on the book this weekend, which all started with my foolish heart-based decision to bet Miami heavy right before kickoff. Ugh.

Solid picks. I'm staying away from OSU (don't feel confident in them having enough fight to cover that big a spread after the stinker vs Purdue). Also won't touch our game vs Duke or Colorado on the road.

I pounded Utah St last weekend & am glad I did but will also stay away from them this week. Teams are notoriously sluggish on the road @ Hawaii, who beat a Wyoming team that just gave Utah St a tough game.

I've also got UCF -10.5 vs Temple (they'll stomp them regardless of whether Milton plays) & Clemson/Louisville over 59.5 (Clemson might cover that by themselves).

I'm monitoring lines now, but am looking at a Jets +10 and LSU +21.5 teaser. Seeing some juice climb on Miami -3. If Tannehill plays this is going up and I still like the Jets plus the points on a teaser, but I'll be able to get +10.5 or +11.

I may play BC-2 today as well. I was impressed by their run game last week and VT let the jackets absolutely run all over them. Granted it's in the Burg though, so if I play it it'll be light. But I think they get that W today and cover.
