But, from a general standpoint, I think the meaning of "decision" to be made has evolved. It probably doesnt mean if both kids want in, who are you taking? But instead, who are you deciding to use the funds on at the price they are commanding.

For example. Budget 3 million.

5 star DT wants 2 milly
5 star OT wants 2 milly

Now there is a decision to be made.

pairing up Foloronshu with Stancil is a nice two year haul of consecutive blue chip DT.

Not counting Ezekiel Ayangbile, if we land him he is a talented Miami Caliber DT than can also be very good.

Same for Muhammad btw..

Do you think they have plans for one or two of these guys playing SDE in the mold of Bain and Blount? Or do you think they are straight up DTs?

exatly i rather have foloroshu over MM
the cupboard is EMPTY after scott is gone
we should have a 5 star DT on roster every single year no excuse/reason not to

That almost makes me want to have hope here. I am just going to stick with it's over until we here differently. I know our staff feels good about Folorunsho, but I have to see him pick Miami. None of the other Chicago kids on our roster had anything close to these ties to ND. Jacobs is flat out money and has been since he picked OSU. It will end on money, flip or not. I haven't looked at Gaby's picks, but we will have another great class regardless of rankings. I would like a 5* on the OL and DL. I really think it is a must, even if it is slightly over budget.

This would be a phenomenal 2027 haul.

The only question I have, is Gaby just guessing, or is this based on what the staff (Denny Sniff; The SniffMaster General, PHD. in Sniffology) has told him?

Jaylen Brown is pretty popular in Atlanta, but I wonder if he ruffled a few feathers in Boston about how this was the most fun season he has ever played (paraphrasing). Was that a comment about Tatum?

It wouldn't surprise me at all if they try to cash in on his best season, and before his supermax officially kicks in. Would be a challenge to match salaries, but I think that might be why they ducked the tax entirely this season. It would be interesting to see what they could get back.
