Creating a central location for reporting Gabby's CBs starting with the 2025 recruiting cycle. Gaby does tend to come in later than the other reporters/insiders with predictions, so I'm guessing his percentages might be higher, but we'll see

Criteria for the predictions:

1. Multiple predictions can't include the same commit but with different time durations. If that happens, its a push.
2. If there are conflicting predictions and the last prediction happens at least 48 hours prior to the commitment, it will be ruled a Push if the last prediction is correct. Otherwise, its a miss.
