this guys the best DL here since Calais Campbell, and hes better than him

Woah easy now. Let's let it play out first. Campbell is probably the best pro cane in the NFL currently. I agree Chad has the potential to be that great but let's not get carried away..
If you were comparing them based on this stage of their college career than I would agree and say Chad has the upper hand. Calais didn't come on until late

Jimmy graham is laughing his *** off

Andre Johnson might give a little snicker too.

As is Sam Shields.

Orlando Franklin is no joke either.

Frank Gore shares in chuckling at this.

What this kid has that neither McCord nor Muhammad had as true freshman was power coming off the edge. McCord still has problems once a tackle extends on him and Muhammad had little to no technique. Both were in the 230 pound range. That being said both should be ready to go this fall as they are a **** of a lot stronger. Thomas already has the size and strength to be a darn good defense end.

He has a wingspan and hands that aren't really ordinary for any college player, much less a freshman. Dude's gonna have a hard time not getting into the 275 range - just naturally.

Who would you compare Chad Thomas to? Is he more of a Jadeveon Clowney or Mario Williams? I know he's yet to play a single down in college, but was curious to whom he's best compared to?
