Oh you’re the worst of them all because you bankroll this bull****. Then you **** on fans of this team who have probably been fans longer than you because they won’t bankroll the clown show y’all let happen. People like you probably make up 25-40 percent to the program a year. I own 4 online e commerce businesses, I just got into affiliated marketing, and I’m looking into investing into wholesale routing due to Cribby. Do you know what cutting 25-40% of my passive income would do to me? I would have to go back to working in sales again with all my actual investments that I have so imagine what cutting 25-40% of the donations to the University athletic department? But I’ve been in those meetings with my father. Most of you donate so you can get some cred with your friends or some **** and that’s all it is to you. Just a shiny badge! But you’re fan and average Joe isn’t? Do me a favor and stick your donations where the sun doesn’t shine.

Dont think so. Still have to take that raw talent, develop it and put the kids in a position to succeed. Dont see a whole lot of that going on. Our best guys are portal rent-a-center guys that develop somewhere else and spend a year in miami. You might catch lightening in a bottle if you get a handful of these guys, but its not a long term solution thats stable, seems to me.

Boise State has no where near our budget but somehow, some way they find quality coaches. Same with Appalachian State. Somehow, someway they find quality, talented coaches. I wonder what’s different there? Hmmm, let me think really hard.

Then chase em out big boy. Until you or any other porsters are in charge of the finances and hirings, relax.

Aint nobody happy with 9-3 or losing to NC like that. I do not want Manny here, never have, dont even think he was a great D coordinator. But until Blake James is gone I don't want him making any more decisions. I hope every coach we hire is the man, same with Manny, I hope he evolves(would bet everything he wont) and brings #6 home. Once hired you have to give them their window to do the **** thing, unless its a complete train wreck. After going from 6 wins to 9. dont be such abitch to folks who see progress or are optimistic.

Did Manny improve the team this year? Yes. Does he need to make some changes to keep improving? of course. Do the fans smell a major funk with Manny? yes. Did he deserve the job? No. Does he honestly deserve to be fired now? No. Theres 120 other schools plus 20 odd NFL teams looking for The Man too.

Agreed with all of this up until the "does he deserved to be fired now?" part. For real, losing to FIU... in my book, that's fire worthy, even a year later. I understand they wont, but I dont think that sh*t would fly if Miami really cared about football.

I agree I wanted him out. But I dont write the checks and he improved(in some areas) so nobody with any business sense would fire him now.

Brent Venables looks like a "genius" because he's always had talent around him—both at Oklahoma and at Clemson.

Send Venables somewhere like South Florida, with their talent and tell me how "genius" he is.

Venables does a great job developing the talent he's given, and then scheming it. Honestly you need to give him more credit than "he's always had talent." He's one of CF's top game planners, a really good developer and that matters a lot. Its the reason why he's always surrounded by talent.
