Fug Manny

This is not a shot at anyone in particular or even the OP but he hasn’t been our head coach in 3 years.

We are 9-0 and have a shot at the playoffs.

There are 3 threads about Manny on pg 1 of this board.

At what point can everyone move on and just wish him well?

Manny didn't hire himself at Miami. And he did nothing to disrespect our program this week. Let it go.

true.... and how about just move on without sucking him off as well? The best thing he ever did for this program was make a trip to AJ's Jewelry.

They do this every year man. Manny left this team in shambles. Should be arrested how terrible he did his own position group (LB)..... now fans got love for this goof *** nig. Only this site man 🤦🏾‍♂️

No, but arrogant stubbornness was his downfall...

He had the keys to the kingdom and every opportunity to succeed at Miami but chose to surround himself with an under-qualified staff. He had two of the worst losses in program history on the way to losing the locker room yet, by many accounts, he refused support/guidance from Alonzo when offered the opportunity.

People hate him for his contemptuous nepo-baby behavior that not only embarrassed him and his family, but also brought shame to the entire UM community. Nothing needs to be said about dude--one way or another, but let's not absolve him completely of failing to put the program before personal relationships.

This. The d riding for this FSU grad who lost to Butch Davis' FIU squad needs to stop. Manny was inept. Blake James should have never been hired by BC or anywhere else. He's a pathetic cuckold for not even conducting a proper search for a quality head coach. And no, the fans don't need to "get over" the Manny Diaz years as we potentially could have had more seasons like this one if we weren't effing around with this nepo baby named little Manny Diaz.

Crazy that coaches can do it but when a player sees a great roster and wants to improve his stock everyone gets mad. I got mad when Amari Cooper went to Bama and Jerry Juedy and a bunch of dudes leaving but I understood it.
Manny didn’t honor his contract when he was at Temple and Miami came calling. The hypocrisy is hilarious but it’s the world we live in. I hope Mensah & Barkate drop 500 yards and 5 TDS on this clown when we play them.

I might be in the minority, but I thought Golden had a very ****** hand dealt to him, that dude had an eye for talent..however his love affair with Dorito was a massive issue.
Dorito was a bum and a very unpleasant person, but he was running GOLDEN's defensive scheme. He had Dorito running it, because that's the scheme and philosophy GOLDEN wanted to run and he knew no other DC would run that crap here at Miami. That was Golden's defense, not Dorito's

Yes, Dorito was a poor choice of a man to be running any system, but that scheme was not going to work no matter who was running it.
