I agree we should not lose a coach to USCe even if it means promising to build a stadium, IPF and raising coaching salary.

I gave my reason. I see two jobs bigger than Miami currently open and one of them isn't going after Herman. As long as USC looks elsewhere we have a good shot. If they went after Herman I'd be glad Fuentes was still there. The coaching carousel hasn't even started.
