I’m excited for the game but dread actually having to watch our team. The last two years have produced some of the ugliest and most boring football I’ve ever witnessed

I’m expecting nothing from this one, they have some nice front line talent in Akers and Terry on O and their coaches utilize them. Plus they tend to jump ahead in their home games and we don’t have the offense to keep up. Think this one is gonna get ugly and there’s going to be a lot of upset people calling for manny’s head Saturday night..

Its tough man. Most of us arent looking for playoffs. We just want hope and to see improvement so we can be excited for years to come.

Nothing about this season has been exciting. I cant remember feeling this way.

Exactly how I see it going down as well. The only way we win this is if they play very undisciplined football, and we play reasonably well. Now, I am fairly confident they will have their stupid moments. I am also very confident that Diaz and Enos won't be able to take advantage of it. FSU is going to have to gift us a win.

All the people laughing at Taggart need to start looking at Diaz, because the joke might just be on him soon. Well, the joke might be him soon.

Passion posts are just stupid. This thread is about nothing. ‘Go Canes’ is not a discussion. A bunch of women bleeding faux emotion for a game played by two terrible teams racing each other to a loss, with one winning by the incompetence of the other. This is like your girl trying to get you pumped for a couples wedding shower.
 
Willie Vanilli wants this game more than he's probably wanted a game in his entire career. That's no hyperbole.

Nevermind that they're still tight about the Coaching Clinic stunt Manny and co. pulled on them, but these guys are probably literally coaching for their jobs, and truth be told, Willie had his team more hyped and invested in the game last year. They came out and punched us dead in the mouth.

It sounds obvious and cliche given this is a rivalry game, but those boys are coming for blood. They're not looking for a win. They're looking to humiliate.

I hope we're ready to match the intensity. One thing about Manny that I do respect is he understands these rivalry games and I doubt think he's minimizing the importance of this week and this game.

Been getting pumped for terrible football for the past 15 seasons. Why stop now? Going for a third win against Florida State in ten tries. Let's not act like this season is something new.

Golden ate s**t here for years and walked into an NCAA investigation disaster.

"Wanted" every game against those guys pretty bad—he lost to them five times in a row.

Actually Golden minimized the importance of this game. Another one of the reasons he didn't fit in here.
