This is y u can’t be confused w/ what looks good on paper vs. game. FSU’s front 4 looks great on paper, but these dudes have been massively underwhelming, including CIS’ favorite player, Darrell Jackson.

No push, poor gap integrity, slow, and weak at the point of attack.

Other than high school rankings what makes them look good on paper? Three dudes that transfered out of prior programs with zero success and Jackson who's adequate but he's not someone who can dominate. Ahh. My bad there is the Payton or whatever his name is guy I guess. So he's the best of the bunch but the rest nah not so much.

This DL is getting their **** pushed in all game. That has nothing to do w/ Ireland & everything to do w/ Darrell Jackson been weak & I said that **** while he was here, Marvin Jones Jr did **** at UGA, Payton doesn’t have Verse freeing him up, & Farmer doesn’t have Fiske freeing him up.

Darrell Jackson & Marvin Jones Jr ≠ Fiske & Verse. I wanted to see if those two could come in & provide a semblance of replacement & they have not. Absolutely **** poor get off & strength at the point of attack.

I'm not saying you are wrong on the DL, I'm saying FSU is dealing with more than just DL not up to snuff. Payton especially looks like a finesse player. Either way, **** 'em.

Not saying not to run it but the defense was at up for that so can mix in play on 2nd down.

Now they are in trouble & lucky they have 3rd down to try and make up some yards.
