As several posters on here said - Cristobal has built Miami the right way. He's crushed HS recruiting, beefed up the trenches and then sprinkled a few Transfer Portal difference makers on top.

Norvell neglected HS recruiting, relied almost solely on Transfers and has clearly missed his evaluations this year. There are no HS recruits to fall back on that have been in the system for a number of years - it's an incredibly risky strategy and clearly it's not paying off this season at all, they look bereft of talent.
