Just depends on what eaches record is when they play. In this case I will root for FSU. If FSU was undefeated and Nd had 3 losses, I’d root for Nd.

When you say root, what you mean? I will not watch that trash. I cant watch a Gator v FSU game this is the same.

I never "root" for any rival team, but I do occasionally dispassionately prefer that they win. In the case of two hated rivals like FSU and ND playing, I prefer the team playing better that year to lose so that the misery gets spread around between them. So yeah, this year I prefer FSU to beat them. Or for the stadium to blow up.
